Primordial Sound Meditation is a silent mantra technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial Sounds– the basic, most essential sounds of nature – are used to disconnect us from our thoughts and the activity of life.
These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth! Once your Primordial Sound mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken within.
Meditation is a technique used to “digest” our thoughts and experiences. In the yoga tradition it’s referred to as Raja Yoga or the royal path. It’s the most important yoga to achieve self-evolution and enlightenment.
Simply speaking, it has scientifically proven benefits to our physical, emotional and mental bodies.

Primordial Sound Meditation Classes
This extremely effective course is divided into four sections usually taught over 2 half days (Approxiamately 4 hours each).
- The first session begins with an introduction and overview of the purpose and benefits of a meditation and a foundation of the ancient Vedic philosophy explaining the mechanics of the practice. This will help you understand the ancient wisdom behind Primordial Sound Meditation and the validation of modern research today.
- In session two, you will receive personal instruction in your Primordial Sound mantra delivered in the thousands year old tradition and learn how to use it. You will meditate for the first time using your Primordial Sound mantra. It’s a special day worthy of celebration!
- Session three gives an explanation of the practical aspects of meditation: how to sit, when to meditate, how long to meditate, how to handle any experience in meditation. This will really help you navigate through common challenges many experience in maintaining a consistent meditation practice. This session concludes with a meditation.
- The fourth and final session is an exploration of expanded states of awareness. Many people have had glimpses of higher states of consciousness without realizing what they were. Often they have been pleasurable but for some, these experiences may have been confusing or even frightening. The session provides the knowledge to integrate past experiences and new experiences that will unfold with regular Primordial Meditation practice.
