My online interactive BODY BLISS course is an extremely effective and comprehensive way to create a powerful transformation in your life by learning simple Ayurvedic habits! One on one sessions also provide customized guidance in your lifestyle routines and allow for improved health and clarity in consciousness. Often the two together will empower you to make life changing health and wellness improvements. Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching sessions can focus on many areas including meditation, daily and seasonal routines, nutrition, healing with your senses with an emphasis on aromatherapy, exercise and emotional clearing.
